Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General principle

The refund/cancellation policy varies by product type as described below.

2. Claude Team Seat

Full refund within 24 hours if not yet activated / the join link has not been sent. After activation, no refund for the current billing period.

3. VinaPhone SIM & Eskimo eSIM

Physical or already-activated products are non-refundable, except in cases of provider-side faults.

4. Oracle Cloud account

The account is delivered once; after the credentials (email/password/2FA) have been handed over, refunds are not supported for security reasons.

5. Cancelling renewals

You may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for a new period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
